2-year warranty is applicable for the product's quality itself under the following conditions:

(2) For bottle quality, returns and exchanges will be provided in the following cases:
Leaking under unopened condition. Cap detachment under opened condition.
(3) Packaging damage is not included in the warranty scope.

2. Pictures or videos of damaged products.
3. Batch number under the packaging box and anti-counterfeit code (With picture).
